POLICY

Domestic US orders ship within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Carrier and service are chosen automatically via EasyPost based on weight, destination, and the cheapest available label; tracking is emailed once the label is purchased.

Typical transit: 2 to 5 business days domestic, 7 to 14 business days international. All shipments use discreet packaging. No exterior product branding, no contents label visible from the outside.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import-restriction compliance in the destination country. We do not pre-pay duties or split parcels.

Damaged in transit: photograph the vial(s), packaging, and shipping label and email orders@fatfck.com within 7 days of delivery. We replace damaged-in-transit goods at no cost.

Wrong item shipped: notify us within 14 days. We send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong one.

Standard returns: due to the nature of the product, opened or temperature-exposed vials cannot be returned. Unopened vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original packaging for a 75% refund (we cannot resell a vial whose cold chain we did not control).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Crypto refunds use the network fee schedule at the time of refund.

We collect only what's required to fulfill an order: email, shipping address, order contents, and payment-provider transaction ID. No analytics tracking on this storefront; no third-party advertising pixels.

Order data is retained for 7 years for accounting and customs-compliance purposes, then purged. Email us via /contact to request export or earlier deletion of your records.

We never share, sell, or rent customer data. Subprocessors used solely for order fulfillment: Coinbase Commerce (payments), EasyPost (shipping labels), Resend (transactional email), Neon (database hosting). All bound by their own privacy policies.

By placing an order you acknowledge that all products are sold for in-vitro research use only, are not approved for human or veterinary consumption, and that you are 21 years or older with the means and training to handle laboratory compounds.

You assume full responsibility for compliance with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws governing the import, possession, and use of research compounds. We do not provide regulatory guidance, dosing recommendations, or therapeutic claims.

FAT F*CK is not liable for downstream use, misuse, or any harm arising from research with the products sold. Liability is limited in all cases to the purchase price of the affected item.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to failed identity or fraud checks, restricted shipping destinations, and breach of these terms.

These terms may be revised. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
