Yes. /reconstitution. Enter vial mass, BAC water volume, and target dose; we convert to U-100 insulin-syringe units. All math runs client-side.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

United States. Ship-from address is configured per environment; the carrier label always reflects the shipper of record.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER?

Before payment confirms: yes. The order auto-cancels and releases reserved stock if the Solana Pay window expires (30 minutes) or the transfer fails. After payment confirms: contact us via /contact with your order code; we cannot guarantee modifications once a label is purchased.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Photograph the vial(s), packaging, and the shipping label, then email us via /contact within 7 days of delivery. We replace damaged-in-transit goods at no cost.
